Willis Bond Capital Partners IV acquires Tait Communications campus in Christchurch

Willis Bond has confirmed that Willis Bond Capital Partners IV has acquired the Tait Communications campus in Christchurch, further expanding its portfolio of high-quality property assets across New Zealand.

The acquisition, completed on 10 June 2026 comprises two adjoining properties at 558 Wairakei Road and 245 Wooldridge Road. Together, the sites form Tait Communication's purpose-built 17,976 sqm headquarters and advanced manufacturing campus, which will continue to be occupied by the company under a long-term lease.

Founded in Christchurch more than 55 years ago, Tait Technology is a globally recognised communications technology company whose products and solutions are used in more than 90 countries. The business continues to play an important role in New Zealand's advanced manufacturing sector, exporting innovative technology to customers across the world while supporting highly skilled employment and research and development in Christchurch.
