Blue Mountains Campus welcomes new tenants and expands flexible workspace offering
Blue Mountains Campus continues to grow as the Wellington region's leading resilient business and innovation campus, with Convex Accounting, AREC, and Compassion Housing joining its tenant community and a new co-working offering responding to increasing demand for flexible workspace.
The three organisations have recently taken private office suites within The Greenhouse in the Ngā Toka | Buddle Building, highlighting the campus' appeal for businesses seeking high-quality, well-connected workspace outside the Wellington CBD.
Developed by Willis Bond, Blue Mountains Campus is a masterplanned commercial precinct in Upper Hutt, combining refurbished heritage buildings, modern workplaces and future development opportunities in a unique park-like setting. Designed to support changing ways of working, the campus offers resilient, sustainable workspaces for businesses of all sizes.
Alongside private offices, The Greenhouse provides shared meeting rooms, breakout spaces, end-of-trip facilities, fitness amenities and the onsite Grounds café. Co-working memberships have also been reintroduced, providing flexible workspace for professionals, remote workers and growing businesses.
The new arrivals join an established community of government agencies, technology companies, science organisations and professional services firms, including KiwiRail, MBIE, Panasonic, Silicon Systems, Biome Trust, Chitogel and Dräger, further strengthening Blue Mountains Campus as a hub for innovation and collaboration.
With Stage One now substantially occupied, a limited number of office suites, larger tenancy opportunities and future development sites remain available.
