Our investment funds

Willis Bond is a property development and investment company. We seek to deliver superior returns to our investors via a strategy of acquiring and developing value-add real estate investments within New Zealand.

Development Funds

Since 2009, we have formed four development funds – Willis Bond Capital Partners, Willis Bond Capital Partners II, Willis Bond Capital Partners III, and Willis Bond Capital Partners IV.

Together these funds have raised more than $533 million of capital, which has, to date, funded 27 developments across New Zealand with an end value of more than $2.5 billion.

Property Income Fund

In 2020, we also established the Property Income Fund to invest in long-term yielding assets. This fund has raised $250 million to date, with the capacity to deploy up to $500 million.
