90 Devonport Road Wins Top Honour at 2025 SESOC Awards

Willis Bond’s 90 Devonport Road project in Tauranga has been awarded the Building Award at the 2025 SESOC – Structural Engineering Society New Zealand Awards, recognising excellence in structural engineering design and construction.

The judges praised the project’s buildability, seamless integration of services, and the outstanding teamwork and coordination across the project team and subcontractor network. They also highlighted the successful on-time, on-budget delivery of the development as a demonstration of the real-world viability of large-scale mass timber construction in New Zealand.
