Willis Bond is partnering with Eke Panuku Development Auckland to reinvigorate the heart of Takapuna. Takapuna Central Apartments represents the first stage of this multi-stage regeneration project.

Fronting onto Anzac Street and adjacent to Potters Park, Takapuna Central Apartments will offer 106 premium apartments, at the heart of the soon-to-be regenerated town centre alongside new retail, office, and hospitality spaces.

The apartments are being designed by Architectus and will be constructed by LT McGuinness, the same team who developed the multi-award-winning Wynyard Central project in Wynyard Quarter. The project is targeting a Homestar 7 rating for sustainable design.

The wider regeneration project will be staged over five sites and a total area of 5560sqm, with more details of the new retail and hospitality offerings to follow in the near future.
