Built along a prominent north-south heritage finger wharf in Wellington, Clyde Quay Wharf is a luxury residential development with retail and office spaces at wharf level.

Completed in 2014, the development consists of 76 premium apartments housed across eight discrete addresses and offers a suite of residents’ amenities including a concierge service, gym with access to personal training onsite, business centre and 16-seat private cinema, as well as retail units at ground level.

The development also has public amenities including a fishing wharf, viewing deck and public toilets.

Clyde Quay Wharf was a partnership project with Wellington Waterfront Limited, which is a business unit within Wellington City Council.
