Chews Lane Precinct

Residential, retail and office precinct in central Wellington

Willis Bond completed Chews Lane Precinct in partnership with the Wellington City Council.

Designed by Athfield Architects, the development is centred around the regenerated and pedestrianised Chews Lane, and comprises 19 retail stores, 15,000 square metres of office premises, 200 car parks, and 97 luxury apartments.

The twelve-storey residential tower sits above 50 and 60 Victoria Street and comprises 97 apartments (many with dual harbour and city views), a gymnasium, theatrette, outdoor BBQ and patio areas, and car parking.
