The Bell Gully Building is a premium base-isolated office building that offers stunning harbour views within the newly landscaped Kumutoto Wharf area.

The building joins a group of resilient new generation office buildings in the central city which includes our award-winning PwC Centre on the neighbouring site. It is also the new home of major New Zealand law firm Bell Gully, which has signed on as the anchor tenant for the building, as well as international co-working provider Servcorp, and The Eye Institute.

The building features four prime office levels above retail, hospitality and lobby spaces on the ground floor, and is encircled by a pedestrian walkway that links to the popular waterfront promenade.

Situated within the heart of the waterfront, the building is a short walk from the railway station and Lambton Quay, providing easy access to business connections and great transport and amenity options for employees.
