In 2003, the Odlins Building was purchased from the Wellington City Council.
The building occupies Wellington's prime waterfront location and has particular heritage significance dating back to the turn of the century. It is proximate to New Zealand’s Te Papa national museum, five minutes walk to the CBD and within easy walking distance of Courtenay Place and Oriental Parade.
The building was in a dilapidated state to such a level that a new building had to be built within the existing shell.
Office levels comprise levels 1 to 4 on unique floorplates of 1200 square metres. Levels 1 and 2 are leased to NZX, which also has naming rights. The head office of Trade Me occupies level 3 and Loyalty New Zealand resides on level 4.
